Holz mit Herkunft
By purchasing our timber from the Bavarian State Forests or similar sources, we are fully informed about the origin of the wood and the sustainable management of our local forests. We have been FSC® certified (FSC-C128091) for decades.
heating system
In our combined heat and power plant with a heating capacity of over 1,000 kW, we burn the sawdust generated during production and thus heat our production and office spaces independently. The recovered waste heat is also used to dry various wooden components.
Solar energy
Thanks to a large-scale photovoltaic system, we produce a large portion of our required electricity ourselves. Plans are in place to double the existing system's capacity in the future, in order to become almost entirely independent of energy suppliers.
Fuhrpark
A large part of our company fleet already consists of electric and hybrid vehicles. From forklifts and construction equipment to passenger cars, we charge them using solar energy...
Highly efficient machines
By using highly efficient machines such as the latest generation of screw compressors, we keep the consumption of electrical energy as low as possible.
lighting
Our entire indoor and outdoor lighting system has been replaced or converted to energy-saving LED spotlights.
Heat recovery
The waste heat generated during production by various machines such as compressed air compressors and drying systems is channeled back into the production rooms via a sophisticated ventilation system, thus supporting the heating system.
Packaging
We produce the necessary packaging material/filling material for cushioning shipping boxes or protecting our products ourselves from discarded cardboard, thus giving old boxes a second life. Basically, the boxes used as outer packaging are made from 100% recycled material.
