The preservation and sustainable use of natural resources is a fundamental element
our company philosophy.
Wood with origin
By purchasing our logs from the Bavarian State Forests or similar, we are very well informed about the origin of the wood and the sustainable management of our local forests. We have been FSC® certified for decades.
Heating system
In our heating plant with over 1,000 kW, we burn the sawdust generated during production and thus heat our production and office spaces independently. The waste heat generated is also used to dry various wooden parts.
Solar energy
Thanks to a large-scale PV system, we produce a large part of the electricity we need ourselves. In the future, we plan to increase the existing system to twice its capacity in order to become almost independent of suppliers.

A large part of our company fleet already consists of electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles. From forklifts to cars, we use solar energy...
Highly efficient machines
By using highly efficient machines such as the latest version of screw compressors, we keep electrical energy consumption as low as possible.
lighting
Our entire indoor and outdoor lighting system has been replaced or converted with energy-saving LED spotlights.
Heat recovery
The waste heat generated during production from various machines such as air compressors and drying systems is fed back into the production rooms via a ventilation system, which supports the heating system.
Investing wisely
Just because a machine has been economically written off does not mean that we will replace it immediately. We aim to use existing capacities and resources sustainably. A functioning and efficient machine is more sustainable than buying or producing a new one.
